getUtcNow: Delegate that gets the time stamps in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Creates a new instance of the DateTimeProvider type.

)

Parameters

getUtcNow: Delegate that gets the time stamps in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Requirements
